Yet another feature-packed Feng Office release

Our amazing team is getting into a rhythm of more frequent releases and a higher volume of great new features. Version 3.8.3 is no exception.

Along with more permissions to further refine the management of your team (specifically around timesheets and workflow management), we’ve added UX improvements, youtube videos inside documents, and more financial reports, both for expenses and invoicing.

Feng Office COVID-19 updates

Feng Office is currently experiencing NO disruptions to service

Feng Office is experiencing no disruptions to service and continuing its normal operations.

The nature of our business has allowed us to operate seamlessly so far through this global crisis with no disruption to our hosting, development, support or sales operations. We are a distributed team with existing processes in place to allow all of our team members to work remotely as needed for extended periods of time. Internally, we rely on Feng Office to run our business, collaborate and communicate and our software was designed from the ground up to support teams working over the internet, whether located in the same office or distributed across the globe.

As with most everyone, our main concern is for the safety of our employees and customers. We are carefully monitoring the situation via the World Health Organization, CDC and other government organizations and are working with our partners (most notably, our datacenter providers) to ensure that plans are in place to mitigate any potential issues as they arise. Our employees are practicing social distancing and other recommended measures and we’re excited to see some of our customers sharing details that they are doing the same.

As a technology company that is trusted with our customers most critical operations and data, we take this responsibility extremely seriously. Since we also rely on Feng Office to run our business, ensuring that the application is running and available over the internet is critical to our success.

We will be providing additional updates as the situation evolves but appreciate the trust and support of our customers and the dedication of our employees during a difficult and uncertain time.
