We continue working to make Feng Office better for you, and this is why we want to introduce you to the brand new Expenses module!

 

The Expenses Module gives you the power to:

  • Keep track of all the money spent on Clients, Projects, Specific Tasks and more!.
  • Never forget to invoice and get paid for your work faster.
  • Improve your ability to estimate new project budgets accurately.
  • Track profitability on projects, clients as easily as on time and materials for the projects.

Features of the Expenses Module:

  • Graphs for you to keep track of your expenses in a practical and quick view.
  • Status selection to know if your expenses are approved, budgeted, pending, and more.
  • The ability to add an unlimited number of payments to an expense, allowing you to set the number of installments of the payment.
  • Filter by Date Range and Status, for a quicker view of the specific expense you want.

Mobile access Beta now available for Professional Edition Users

We are proud to finally announce the long awaited Feng Office Mobile Access Module.

We will be sending invites to all Professional Edition Users (Both Feng Sky and Feng Onsite) who have already signed up for beta testing the Mobile Access Module.

This first version (Version 1.0-Beta) provides an easy access to all your Feng Office Clients, Projects, Worksapces, Tasks and Notes, allowing the ordering and filtering of tasks by assignee, Client, and date.

If you are a Professional Edition user, haven’t received an e-mail invite yet, and would like to sign up for the beta testing program, please submit a support ticket and your account executive will enroll you on the program.

Comment on availability for the Community Edition


This first version has been developed based on the ‘Clients and Projects’ dimension of the Professional Edition, so it is currently available for the Professional Edition only.

We are already working on a Community Edition compatible module, but there is no Estimated Date of Release yet.

Rather new! Google Calendar Synchronization

Well, we are just catching up with writing about all the new features we have been added since version 2.0. And this one is quite a lovely one.


Since version 2.0.0.8 Feng Office has an integrated Google Calendar Synchronization feature.


For many of us the big news is not the Google Calendar synch itself, but the final synchronization with our Mobile Calendars.


Here at Feng we are all very excited and happy to finally have the calendars on our Iphones and Androids fully synchronized with Feng Office.


Now, every event that you add in Feng Office can be immediately and automatically synchronized with your mobile phone, and vice versa.

How to do it

If you would like to synchronize your Feng Office events with those in Google Calendar, please follow carefully the instructions on the wiki.


you first have to go to the project, client or workspace where you are goin to keep your Goolge Events. Then, go to the Calendar tab and click on
