Hi Everyone!

We are so eager to share some really exciting news with you:
The Gantt Chart, a tool that helps you manage your schedule on a day-to-day basis, has been completely redesigned!

Not only has it been redesigned to be much more appealing to the eye, but also so that it can have a more intuitive user interface, allowing you to make changes without having to edit each task individually from the Full-Task Edit form.

The intuitive drag-and-drop interface of the Gantt Chart allows the end users to easily change start/end time and duration of tasks, link tasks to each other, and set task completeness with just a few clicks.

Changing the start/end date and duration of a task:

Simply click on either end of the task, and drag the task to the date and time you wish to change it to.

Changing the progress of a task:

Click on the grey triangle button (shown above), and drag it to show how much progress you have made on the task. If this button is dragged to the end of the task, it will change its status to Completed.

Setting Task Dependencies:

Simply click on the round button that shows up at the end of the task, and drag it to the next task you want to link it to. This way, you will be setting up a dependency with these two tasks.

That is not all!! You can also change the zoom level to have a wider perspective of everything:

Last but not least, Exportation!

In case you need to include this Gantt Chart in a report or share it with colleagues of yours or other stakeholders, you can also export it to PDF and PNG formats respectively.

We hope you enjoy this new version of the Gantt Chart, and remember to follow us on Facebook to keep updated on the new improvements that will be arriving very soon!!
