We currently have an internal Ticketing System for our clients.
However, if you are looking for a way to have your own system for your clients:

 

1- You can set up a mail client within Feng Office.
2- Then when you receive an email requesting for support, there is an option to create a task from that email. You may then assign the task to a colleague.
3- If you would like to, you may also add users for your clients and provide them with access to these tasks, so that your colleagues can ask for feedback through the comments.
4- This way the client would also get notified on the updates and could also reply back as a comment.
