Hello,

The safest way to ensure that Feng Office users will receive notifications and reminders is to set up an SMTP Email Account for this purpose.

Hello,

You can try the following:

- Erase the cache/autoloader.php file
- Check that Apache has writing permissions on the following folders: cache, tmp, upload, config
- If the previous options do not help, you can also check the error log from apache and the cachelog.php file

As for the first suggestion (permissions management for import/export of contacts), we have taken note of it for analyzing for future implementations.

Hi Kompresja,

How is your e-mail account configured?

You can try going to Account - Edit Preferences - E-mail options - Automatically classify email attachments when receiving emails.
If enabled the attachments will be classified with the email in the place defined in the account.
This should be set to No.

This also depends of your account configuration. If you have configured that mails are automatically classified somewhere and the previous configuration is set to Yes, it will automatically upload the files.
If none of these is enabled, it should not upload them automatically.

Hi,

To disable the error when inserting a row without specifying all columns you can disable the strict mode in mysql.
To check if strict mode is enabled you can run the following query:
SELECT @@SQL_MODE
Please check if any of these values is present:
TRADITIONAL, STRICT_TRANS_TABLES, STRICT_ALL_TABLES
If any of them is present please try changing the sql mode without including it.

To change this option you can edit the configuration file (my.cnf) and set the variable:
sql-mode=""

This is related to the way MySql is configured. Could you check this?
The problem is produced when you insert a log and do not specify a column. If this column does not have a default value defined on the table, it fails.

You can check this so that it only gives you a warning instead of an error in these cases.

With regards to the upgrade error, could you send us the error on the cache/log.php?

As for the reinstalling problem, this is related to the way MySql is configured. Could you check this?
