Web links

Web links are the same thing that you call bookmarks or favorites in your browser. By storing them in Feng Office you can share them with other users. Larger collections of web links can be organized using workspaces and tags as you know it from any other object type in Feng Office.

  • New: Creates a new web link.

  • Edit: Allows you to edit the selected web links (only one at a time) and takes you to the edit view.

  • Move to trash: Moves the currently selected web link(s) to the trash.
  • Archive: Archives the selected web link(s) into the Archived Objetcs folder.
  • Mark As..
  • Mark as read: Marks the selected web link(s) as read.
  • Mark as unread: Marks the selected web link(s) as unread.

  • Open web link: Opens the web link on a new tab.
  • Edit: Takes you to the editor.
  • Move to trash: Lets you move this web link to the trash.
  • Archive: Lets you archive this web link into the Archived Objetcs folder.
  • View history: Displays the update history of the web link.
  • Workspace: Workspace where this web link is allocated to. Clicking on a workspace name to select it, takes you to list view.
  • Tags: Tags that are attached to this web link. Clicking on a tag name, selects it in the left sidebar.
  • Subscribers: People who are subscribed to this web link. Clicking on a subscriber name takes you to the corresponding user profile.
  • Created by: User who created this web link. Clicking on this users name takes you to the corresponding user profile.

  • Title:
  • URL: Web address of the link (including the protocol, i.e. HTTP).

In this section, you will have the option to set your own new properties depending on your needs.

This section allows you to edit the subscribers options.
