Contacts

Contacts represent either persons or companies. If you click on the Contacts tab, you basically get an address database. Please be aware that the people you find here may or may not be users of your Feng Office installation - read understanding the difference between users and contacts for details.

Persons may belong to a company (but they don't have to). Companies on the other hand may have many users and contacts (but they don't have to).

Hi, How can I add a Collaborator (not a normal user) to fengoffice?

thanks

Francisco Ponce de León, 2010-09-07 09:45

Hello, what do you mean exactly? How to add a collaborator user to your current Feng Office installation, start an installation from zero, or something else? Greetings!

Linda Caisley, 2010-11-01 21:39

Is it possible to make contact groups? For example, if I want to e-mail all secretaries at once, or all receptionists, do I need to include each person's name in the e-mail every time, or can I make a group once, and just send the e-mail to that group instead? Thanks.

Francisco Ponce de León, 2010-11-02 11:28

Right now that feature is not available, but in case you need it, please contact sales@fengoffice.com for more details

Lyndsey, 2011-02-28 10:58

There are a few contacts that share the same name however it doesnt seem to let you enter more than one person with the same name. Is there a fix for this?

Francisco Ponce de León, 2011-03-03 13:34

Actually this is how Feng Office works right now. However, should you want to sponsor a feature which would let you enable this, please feel free to contact sales@fengoffice.com, or if you would like to develop it, please do so and post it in the Forums.

Do you guys support groups yet? This is a showstopper for me for using this product. My business relies on emailing certain groups of people.

Thank you Tony
