Setting up your Feng Office configuration

Feng Office counts with two different kind of settings:

  1. Administration Settings
  2. User settings

Please read below for further information

Administration settings:

They can only be changed by the Administrators or SuperAdministrators, and they will be applied to everyone.

You may change them by doing the following:

  1. Click on your username (top right corner)
  2. Select 'Settings'
  3. Click on 'Configuration'
  4. Here you will see a wide variety of options where to choose from, but the main settings are the ones in 'General'

Note: Default user preferences mean that these settings will have these values by default for every user in your Feng Office installation, unless they personally change their User Settings.

User settings:

These settings can only be changed by the user itself, and they will only be applied to him/her.

You may change them by doing the following:

  1. Click on your username (top right corner)
  2. Select 'Account'
  3. Click on 'Edit preferences' on the 'Actions' menu on your right
  4. Here you will have different options, but you may be mostly interested in 'General' settings
