I have a problem with my (free downloaded) Community Edition installation. Can you help?

Yes, we would love to help you! But please understand that thousands of users everyday are using the Community Edition. If we gave free support to all the users we wouldn’t have time to keep on developing the Community Edition and neither would we make money, which would lead to looking for other jobs and letting Feng Office die.

Neither would it be fair for those people and companies paying for a personalized service as well.

So yes, we would love to help you, but also ask you that you first pay for the support in advance if you are in such a rush.
